"In late 2003 my wife decided to look for a summer home. We made an appointment with a broker in Falmouth. We live in in Framingham a two hour drive. The broker arrived and said she had another appointment and gave us a bunch of listings and left. We looked at them over coffee and one was in Oak Bluffs MV. We made a cold call on the phone via 411.
