About Joe
Joe Gatti has been a real estate professional in the greater Danville area for the past 10 years. He specializes in listing transactions, real estate marketing, lender and escrow interaction in the real estate process, and pre-qualified buyer representations. He earned his Real Estate Brokerā€™s license in 2019, and is a Broker Associate with Compass out of the 760 Camino Ramon office in Danville. He publishes a monthly article in ā€œAlamo Today, Danville Today, News,ā€ focused on the local real estate market in the greater Danville area. In 2018, he completed the Commercial Broker Associations Education Series in commercial real estate. Before his real estate career, he lived in both Italy and Scotland, pursuing academic postgraduate studies. He holds a CELI 3 certificate in Italian language proficiency from the Universita per Stranieri di Perugia, Umbria and the European Union. He graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2006 with Bachelor Degrees in both English and Political Science.
