I went to Saint Thomas Moore High School (2010), before attending The University of Louisiana. During the years between 2010 to 2015, I received two bachelors degrees (political science, psychology), acted as the stand-alone student representative on the student grade appeal and student disciplinary committees, represented the honors department as the executive secretariat for integral development at the Eugene Scassa Model Organization of American States debate competition and played on the men's club soccer team.
I'm still very active in the UL community. My job as lector and Eucharistic minister at Our Lady of Wisdom is within walking distance from my townhouse off campus. The church is currently undergoing a $35,000,000 new construction build. As of two weeks ago, the fundraising was stalled at 19,000,000 during a slow Summer campaign. As of this interview on July 9th, 2024, there has been a 20,000,000 anonymous donation. Putting the project 4,000,000 ahead. These are the projects I like to be involved in on a personal level.
I hold two Masters degrees. One Master of Sciences, Organizational Leadership; cum laude Chicago School of Professional Psychology, 2017. Second, Master of Arts, George Bush school of government at Texas A&M University, 2021.
Prior to joining Compass, Latter & Blum I worked under real broker at district South and keaty real estate as a sales agent. My background and real estate starts from a very young age working on construction sites for my dad's company Kishbaugh Construction Incorporated. It's safe to say that I have filled just about every role possible as an employee of a construction company, from every sort of labor task or responsibility to project management and client/vendor communications.
Experience from building and remodeling homes and businesses allows me to perceive structural integrity and building quality on a more technical and fundamental level than most realtors. As your real estate expert, this knowledge and experience empowers me to negotiate at the highest level on your behalf.
