About Joe

Known equally for his easy-going personality and professionalism, his continued success

Beyond his years of expertise and deep network, the La Jolla native offers a wide

Away from the office, Mclaughlin is an avid surfer of 45 years and an active member

Menhune Surf Contest; he’s also a frequent contributor to Feeding San Diego
and a past member of the University City Community Association
planning committee. When he’s not at the beach or hiking with his wife, Carla, he’s
at home with their two beloved Maine Coon cats, Arlo and Louie.
