Joseph Padula

Joe Padula is a distinguished real estate professional with Compass in Miami, Florida, and a principal of The Alex + Joe Team. With over 17 years of experience, Joe has been instrumental in shaping Midtown Miami’s development. In December 2007, he became one of the first residents of 2Midtown and has remained a resident ever since, fostering a deep connection to the community he loves and is dedicated to supporting.  

Under Joe’s leadership, The Alex + Joe Team has achieved a cumulative sales volume exceeding $900 million, specializing in luxury residential and commercial real estate. At 2Midtown, Joe has consistently raised property values and set records, further cementing the team’s reputation as one of South Florida’s most respected and award-winning luxury real estate groups. 

Joe has served on the Midtown Miami Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors since 2016. During his tenure, Joe played a critical role in the successful efforts to defeat a proposed Walmart supercenter in Midtown Miami, working alongside community members to protect the neighborhood’s character and address concerns about traffic and zoning. This achievement underscores Joe’s commitment to advocating for Midtown Miami’s long-term success and livability. 

In 2022, Joe was invited to join the 2Midtown Condominium Association as a board member, where he works alongside others to support the community’s goals and enhance residents’ quality of life. 

When he’s not working, Joe loves walking his French bulldog, Fiji, spending time with his husband, Alex, staying active with fitness activities like Barry’s, Orange Theory, cycling, and relaxing at home in 2Midtown.
