About Joe

Joe Schiavone was born and raised on the north side of Chicago in the Mayfair Park neighborhood. After graduating from Loyola Academy in 2006, Joe attended St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Business Management: Entrepreneurship. Upon Graduating college in 2011, Joe spent several years in other branches of real estate including residential lending at Guaranteed Rate and a business turnaround and consulting company where Joe was heavily involved in property management and Receivership. Joe earned his real estate license in 2017 and was coached by Phil Byers for his first two years as an individual agent before teaming up with Phil in 2020.

As a third generation broker and true Chicago native, Joe has an abundance of knowledge on Chicago and it’s ever developing neighborhoods. Joe takes great pride in helping his clients make educated and informed decisions through a consultative approach using market expertise.

Joe currently resides in the Logan Square neighborhood with his wife Abby, daughter Luisa, and pitbull Bernie. When Joe is not out at showings helping clients find or sell their homes, you can find him at Johnny’s Ice House playing hockey, catching a concert at a local venue, or in his own kitchen making an assortment of pizzas!
