"Joe was everything we could ask for in a realtor as first time home owners. We first connected with him having very passive interest in relocating to Austin from California. Joe took time out of his day to walk us through the different areas that may be of interest based on our current lifestyle and needs in a potential home. He set us up on a saved search for a while and respected our passiveness while allowing us to come to him with questions as they arose. A few months later, we took a trip our to Austin with some friends so we could visit the area, still passively looking, and Joe took several hours out of his day to meet up with us in person, show us around some neighborhoods, introduced us to our eventual builder and provided all the information we asked for and needed.
