Joel grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and by the time he settled in Atlanta, he had already acquired industry experience in addition to vast communication and marketing knowledge. For almost 20 years, Joel worked in the corporate marketing and communications sector of a large retail company, focusing on marketing, branding and public relations, but an interest in residential real estate guided the transition in his career.
In 2015, he joined The Getzinger Group, a leading team with Realty, and in 2017, The Getzinger Group produced more the $70 million in sales & closed over 60 transactions. Powered by immense knowledge and market understanding, Joel is recognized as a top performing REALTOR® in the Intown market, providing his clients with premier service and record-breaking results.

He currently resides in Ansley Park and frequently visits his farm in Chattahoochee Hills, just outside the city.
