As an example, she had advised us to paint and stage the house (that was different from the advise we received from the other agents), which differentiated our home from the others in hindsight. She is confident, understands the market, and patiently guided us throughout the ups and downs of the selling process. We got significant interest in the house from buyer’s with multiple offers in 2 weeks, and ultimately closed the sale within 45 days. She went above & beyond and got us the best price for our home. "Joelle is the best Realtor in the Jersey City and NYC area! I was trying to sell my condo remotely. I had moved to another city long time ago and was renting my condo in Jersey City for a while. Then I decided to sell earlier this year but could not fly back to JC due to Covid. First time I hired another big-name realtor with a large team that seemed super professional. However, it did not go very well. After more than half a year without a single offer, I called Joelle. She helped me took care of everything!!! She staged my condo, asked people to design my backyard and shoot super good photos and videos. Then my condo was sold very quickly. "Joelle was a dream to work with. We are first time home buyers and had NO IDEA what we were doing. From the start she made us feel at ease and never once seemed annoyed or irritated when we had a million questions about the whole process. Which is a serious process. Wow.
