Joey De Venuto

Joey is a Chicago-born entrepreneur and real estate expert who has lived in Phoenix since 2003. With a diverse background in both hospitality and transportation, he successfully ran a top-rated limousine company for 18 years before transitioning into real estate following the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially focusing on helping first-time home buyers navigate the daunting process, his expertise has since expanded to include luxury homes and premier listings. Having purchased his first property at 18, he brings extensive experience as a landlord and a deep passion for assisting clients. Recognized as a top 1% agent for the past five years, Joey is known for his strong negotiation skills and exceptional relationships with industry professionals, including title and mortgage experts. He works full-time in real estate alongside his wife, Faressa.

In addition to his work, he has trademarked the community as OURCADIA, a neighborhood adjacent to Arcadia, and publishes a bimonthly OURCADIA magazine for local homeowners. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with Faressa and their three children, engaging in various sports like volleyball, soccer, football, and baseball/softball. An active member of the community, he serves on the board of the Arcadia Little League. A die-hard Arizona Cardinals fan, he's still waiting for the team to win a Super Bowl.
