About Joey

Hi, I’m Joey Romanik, co-founder of The Romanik Group with my wife and business partner, Tina. We help clients buy and sell homes across St. Pete and the surrounding coastal communities, with a focus on luxury properties, first-time buyers, and everything in between. 

Tina and I also host Real Talk with Tina & Joey Romanik, a podcast where we dive into real estate, lifestyle, and the stories behind the people that we help buy and sell. Outside of work, you might spot us walking or running along the waterfront from Snell Isle to The St. Pete Pier, spending time in Vinoy Park with our German Sheppard Ranger, or working out at the local Crunch. And a few times a year you'll find us hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado, Glacier National Park in Montana, or among the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.
