"The sale of the apartment just closed today. It was a long, arduous process due to a variety of reasons and he tackled them all. He was instrumental in overseeing the renovation that the apartment required before listing it for sale. He promptly set up a virtual presentation online and negotiated on our behalf all the details. Once completed he rapidly elicited three offers, he dealt with the options to facilitate our choice of the buyer. The negotiations were successful and a sale was in June.

However this was just the first chapter of the multiple difficulties that ensued with the building board and the managing agency. All required time and attention of Mr Ameralis. He worked tirelessly with the buyer and with us to accommodate and resolve multiple details requested.
