About John

John is one of the original agents from the highly successful CONLON/Christie's International brand which joined forces with Compass Real Estate in 2018. He possesses over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. John has consistently been recognized the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) as a top producer and has also been saluted with the Silver Award for his commercial work in selling multi- buildings. John has sold many different property types: multi-million-dollar single-family homes, luxury condos, mixed-use developments, and commercial spaces. As a former developer of multi-million-dollar properties and avid rehabber, he provides a well-rounded knowledge of real estate. 

He specializes in working with first-time and last-time buyers, contractors, flippers, and investors. His background in construction, property valuation, and investment provide unique services like off-market deal sourcing, renovation feasibility, and high ROI resale strategies. In addition, John maintains close relationships with a team of contractors, tradesmen, lenders and attorneys to assure every aspect of the buying and selling journey is seamless.

Real estate provides John a way to combine two things he loves: discovering the uniqueness of a property and connecting with other people.  He is passionate about real estate and works tirelessly to make homeowners dreams come true.

John grew up in the Dunning area. He has since lived in Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Edison and Norwood Park neighborhoods and has worked extensively all over the city and suburbs. He knows where to find the best schools, parks and entertainment including the best places to eat!

When John is not collaborating with clients you can find him on a pickle ball court, golf course or walking his dog.
