"It was a pleasure working with John for our apartment hunt in Jersey City. He is very accommodating and patient. Since it was our first apartment search in almost 8 years, he gave us the time to look at a many apartments to figure what we wanted. We never felt rushed through the whole process.
Just within a couple of interactions, he gauged exactly what we wanted (possibly even before we realized) and showed us listings that we liked.
He was flexible to work according to our schedule and very organized.
He was also great, once we found the right apartment, getting our paperwork in as fast as possible. We were on a tight schedule as our vacations were scheduled and John was extremely helpful and accommodating.
He went above and beyond to get all information we requested about a listing. He kept in touch even after the lease was signed if we needed any help with moving/finding parking etc. Can't recommend John enough.
Also, don't forget to ask him about his favourite hang out spots in Hoboken and Jersey City.
