He specializes in Upper West Side, Battery Park Area, Upper Manhattan, in the vibrant neighborhoods of Harlem, Sugar Hill, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Hudson Heights, Inwood, and Riverdale in the Bronx, selling all types of properties at various price ranges. Such focused expertise has allowed him to use his experience and foresight to proactively resolve problems for clients before they ever become an issue.

Over the years John has also worked with numerous exclusive landlords in the city. His hard work, dedication, and consistency earned him a Bronze status award in 2018 for overall performance in rentals and sales combined. Born in Venezuela, John attended Santa Monica Community College in Los Angeles as well as the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. He additionally studied speech patterns with one of the nation’s top coaches. New York City has been his home for the past 21 years, and he currently lives in Harlem.
