"I was facing a daunting, uphill battle in renovating and selling my Brooklyn co-op unit from Seattle: determining what renovations would yield a strong return on investment, hiring and managing contractors remotely, navigating my co-op Board’s policies and approval processes, and more.

When I contacted John to explain my situation, he dove into the challenge headfirst. On my behalf, he conducted a detailed assessment of the unit condition, generated a proposal for high impact renovations, and designed, orchestrated and oversaw the renovation project in its entirety, leveraging his network of proven, trustworthy general contractors and suppliers.

John and his team compiled a detailed and targeted market analysis to ensure we were pricing the property in an optimal manner and performed a dazzling virtual staging that contributed to a formal offer within 5 days of listing. Throughout this process, John went above and beyond to lead coordination efforts with contractors / vendors, the co-op management company, my lawyer, and the buyer’s broker to move quickly and keep “tension in the wire”.

John’s strong sense of accountability, design expertise, valuable personal network, sense of urgency and excellent client communications make him a rare find. I strongly recommend John for the purchase or sale of your next home. He’s much more than a realtor: he’s a trusted advisor."

"I can't speak more highly of John Chubet as a broker. John is extremely knowledgable, kind, and out going. From navigating the Coop Board application to assisting in securing our mortgage broker, John was a great help! My husband and I were first time home buyers and John took the time to patiently explain any questions we had along the way and was the best possible person to have on our team during the whole process." - Buyer

"John helped me sell my apartment in Park Slope and buy a new one in Kensington. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Brooklyn market and sold my apartment above asking. John is professional and smart." - Buyer/Seller

"I chose John to sell my Brooklyn apartment because I felt he gave off the right vibe the neighborhood. He was knowledgable, savvy, easy to talk to, always professional, and took every care to make sure the place was presented in its best possible light. Would highly recommend." - Seller
