Real estate originally was a side hobby, and the accounting/finance world was my career.   I started out as a licensed CPA working in audit at KPMG, before earning my MBA from Rice University, where I then transitioned into mergers and acquisitions.  I then later went into industry, serving in several leadership roles (CFO / VP) at manufacturing companies.  All the while I was active in real estate, personally invested in single-family homes, multi-family, townhomes and small commercial properties. Eventually what was a passion turned into a career.
 
Negotiations play a big role in real estate transactions.  In my prior career I negotiated sales contracts, vendor agreements, debt agreements, employee contracts and real estate lease terms, so by the time I got my real estate license, negotiating for the best deal terms was in my blood.  I enjoy helping my clients achieve the best deal they can get and seeing the joy on their face at closing.  
 
As an avid marathon runner and 2x Ironman finisher, I believe the best way to reach one's goals is to work hard for them.  Whether representing buyers or sellers, I work hard to make sure my clients' real estate goals are achieved and that they are 100% satisfied.
