Having spent over a decade in the development space, John understands the importance of residential real estate investments. Inventory, location, price and timing are critical pieces of the process, and he knows that for all the pieces to come together, his clients have to be smart and very often, in the Aspen market, patient. He works closely with clients to find the right property at the right time in the right location, as well as working with clients when listing their homes to evaluate and maximize the market.

John ’s clients enjoy his personal touches and appreciate his dedication and heartfelt care. He is very thorough in providing timely communication about each important detail of the transaction and is always extremely attentive, accessible and responds promptly to his clients. John, grew up with the state department in the European theater, has lived in 4 countries and many major cities, to include London, Madrid, Istanbul, New York, Los Angeles and others. Prior to making the transition to real estate, John formed and ran RJ Industries where his focus was assisting C-suite executives in securing competitive advantage by identifying and driving synergies between high potential talent and medical technologies. Living the Aspen lifestyle, every day he enjoys taking in the sun, rain or snow and being the first out cutting up the powder high up on the slopes.
