John Erik Savitsky is a Tampa Bay–based real estate advisor and business executive who brings decades of leadership, negotiation, and entrepreneurial experience to every transaction. With a career spanning real estate development, technology, consumer brands, healthcare, and executive management, he offers clients a strategic perspective that goes far beyond the traditional real estate approach. Before focusing on real estate full-time, John Erik built and led multiple successful companies. He served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 3 Daughters Cider and as Chief Operating Officer of 3 Daughters Brewing, helping drive the growth of one of Florida’s most recognized craft beverage brands. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years as CEO of a software company serving the insurance and financial services industries and founded a consulting and management firm that advised organizations in high-tech, biotech, retail, real estate, and nonprofit sectors. John Erik also previously served as Vice President of Business Development for a commercial real estate development firm, where he gained valuable experience in development strategy, site evaluation, and deal structuring. That background, combined with his extensive executive leadership and negotiation experience, allows him to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Today, John Erik specializes in helping individuals, investors, and business owners buy and sell residential and commercial real estate as well as businesses throughout the Tampa Bay region.
