About John
John Federici is a distinguished broker in the Chicagoland real estate community. He has represented sellers and buyers in over 1,100 transactions in his 20 years in the real estate industry.
John serves as Principal Broker of The Standard Group, a 20-person team with over $1,000,000,000 in residential brokerage, investment, development, and luxury sales and leasing. He has received the Top 1% Producer and/or Top Producer Award from the Chicago Association of REALTORS eleven consecutive years and featured in multiple “Who’s Who” editions in Chicago Agent Magazine.
In March of 2022, John was inducted into the Compass Legends Society. Such recognition is a testament to his ability, experience, high degree of communication and never-ending commitment to his clients and team.
An alumni and student-athlete on the Robert Robert University baseball team, John still enjoys playing competitive softball and frequenting Wrigley Field (and “Comiskey” from time to time) with his wife Susan. They also enjoy travel, golf, and experiencing Chicago's culinary scene.
