John is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College with a B.A. in Political Science. He also earned his MBA at the University of Connecticut with a dual concentration in Finance & Marketing. John has lived in Southport/Fairfield for almost 30 years. He resides in town with his wife Lainie and two children.
John has been an active volunteer in the community for years. He has served as a reader & radio host to the blind & print-handicapped through CRIS Radio; as a youth basketball coach in Fairfield; and as a fund-raiser for local & regional charities including Westport-based Homes With Hope and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
