I wanted to thank you for your handling of my brother's house sale.  As you know it was a difficult process in that I had to coordinate moving my brother into assisted living against his desires.  You handled the situation with delicate professionalism. Better yet you gave me an initial sale price recommendation then based upon later information increased the recommended sale price by $30,000 and finally sold the house in less than three weeks.

I would recommend your services to anyone who would ask, and I encourage you to have future clients call me.  And by the way if I ever sell my residence in Ft Lauderdale, you are the only person I will need to call.

As my attorney said when I asked him if he knew of a good real estate agent and he said yes, he knows the best real estate agent in town.  As it turns out, he was right.  Okay, he is also your father, but the truth is the truth.
