About John
I grew up in Coastal Orange County in a Real Estate Family. My Father was a Prominent Broker and my Uncle owned “Katella Realty,” then the largest, privately held Real Estate Company in The OC.  I fondly remember those Saturday mornings when I’d tail Dad to his office, with the smells of multiple pots of black coffee brewing and those jumbo, plastic covered listing books, spread out along oak tables.  Ah, the days before COMPUTERS!  Upon graduating from UC Santa Barbara, I became a licensed Agent in 1988. 

In my career, I have been involved in Home Flipping, Investment Sales, and Property Management.  My SALES philosophy is “Selling is not Telling, but asking Questions and Listening!”  My front row HOME on the exclusive El Niguel Golf Course overlooks the 7th fairway.  I strive to be an active resident in the coastal communities of Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente and Laguna Beach. The Dana Point City Council has entrusted me with appointments to several Committees and Commissions. And my roots run deep! My mom has lived in Monarch Beach for over 35 years.
