John began his real estate career over 20 years ago while still attending the University of Delaware. After graduating college, he continued his path in real estate investing in residential buildings and rehabbing homes. Also during that time, he pursued a career as a Mortgage Banker and worked for 15 years financing primary residences and investment properties. He parlayed his passion for architecture and luxury real estate along with his experience in the mortgage industry into a career. Born and raised in Delaware, his comprehensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, school districts, and homes brings a "hometown advantage", which allows him to offer his clients unparalleled excellence in service.
