John Wylie has Philadelphia in his blood. His family planted roots here in the 1930s and four generations later - after leaving briefly for school and work - John found his way back home. A proud graduate of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy and Morehouse College, where he earned his Business degree with honors, John brings something rare to real estate: the instincts of a native Philadelphian combined with the analytical discipline of a 20-year corporate executive.

Before founding The Wylie Group, John built his career at some of the most recognized global brands in retail - Nike, Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Best Buy, leading merchandise planning and operations at the highest levels. Most recently consulting for a Philadelphia-based startup he helped scale Print Fresh. That background shapes everything about how he works: he prices strategically, negotiates fiercely, and markets your home like a product launch.
