About Johnny

Growing up, I learned the value of hard work, discipline, and integrity from an early age. I was born in Spanish Lookout, Belize, in a Mennonite colony where I lived until I was seven years old before my family relocated to Houston, Texas in pursuit of greater opportunities. That transition instilled in me a deep appreciation for perseverance, faith, and the importance of building a better future through dedication and commitment.

Before entering real estate, I spent much of my twenties working in construction, often putting in 16-hour days for weeks at a time. That experience shaped my work ethic, taught me resilience, and showed me the importance of discipline and accountability in every aspect of life. I later transitioned into digital marketing, where I managed social media advertising campaigns for small businesses and developed a strong understanding of strategic marketing, communication, and client service.

My path into real estate was driven by a passion for building relationships and serving others in a meaningful way. I take pride in guiding my clients through important life decisions with honesty, strategy, and unwavering integrity. My goal is to provide every client with a sense of confidence, peace of mind, and trust throughout the buying or selling process, knowing that every detail is being handled with professionalism and care.

What sets me apart is my proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate challenging situations with calmness and strategy while always putting my clients’ best interests first. I believe in being highly responsive, dependable, and working tirelessly to deliver the best possible outcome for those I represent. My business is built on the principles of integrity, accountability, humility, lifelong learning, and treating others the way I would want to be treated.

Outside of real estate, I have always had a passion for pushing myself physically and mentally. In my early twenties, I raced 600cc motorcycles competitively before transitioning into road cycling, where I completed multiple 100+ mile races, including a 144-mile cycling race in my home country of Belize. Today, I stay active through fitness, bodyweight training, and spending time outdoors in nature. I also enjoy surfing and continuously challenging myself to grow both personally and professionally.

Whether assisting buyers, sellers, luxury clients, or land acquisitions, I am committed to being a hardworking, honest, and dependable advisor who clients can trust every step of the way.
