Before real estate, Joi served as Director of Operations for Chicago’s first luxury postnatal retreat, where she mastered the art of anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and earning client trust in high-stakes environments. Today, she brings that same level of care and coordination to every transaction — ensuring that buying, selling, or investing feels supported and transparent from start to finish.
