Spending her early years in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Joji Cardenas made her way to Miami at a young age. As she settled into her new home in South Florida, she discovered a passion for real estate when she found her first client the perfect investment. Beginning her career in 2007 she became a REO specialist working closely with clients while growing her love for South Florida and it’s uniqueness. Being a professional in the industry for over 18 years Joji’s clientele are primarily referrals.

With a strong focus on assisting her clients through every step of the process of buying or selling a home, Joji has always prioritized her role as advisor to her clientele, many of whom are here in South Florida from different countries around the world. Joji’s strength is in educating her clients on the intricacies of a real estate transaction in a way that helps them achieve the best outcome for their time and financial investment.

Through her honest approach, Joji works closely to consult each individual client on his or her needs with regards to their dream home or investment. With over 18 years working in South Florida real estate, Joji’s knowledge about the area, and her passion for helping her clients achieve their ideal home goals is a winning combination for a perfect fit. Now a resident of Bay Harbor Islands, Joji truly enjoys indulging in the simple pleasures of life, such as an afternoon on the bay, or spending time with her and dogs. She is an avid supporter of animal causes through organizations such as the Humane Society and ASPCA. She has a background in studying law at the University of Buenos Aires, and interior design at Miami-Dade College. Joji is fluent in both English and Spanish.
