JoJo Gleason, originally from Michigan, grew up in a big Italian family where family, hard work, and taking care of people were at the heart of everyday life. Raised in her family’s Italian restaurant and working in the family business, JoJo learned early on the importance of exceptional service, strong relationships, and treating every person like family.

JoJo earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and later worked in the airline industry, where she continued to build her extensive customer service experience. Throughout her career, one thing has remained constant: her genuine passion for working with people and helping them through important moments in their lives.

Today, JoJo brings that experience and passion to Southwest Florida real estate as a proud member of the Dorobanti Group, a team with more than $1 billion in collective real estate sales.
