Joleen Abbinante

Joleen Abbinante brings a designer's eye and a maker's sensibility to Philadelphia real estate. Originally from Virginia's Appalachian Mountains, she grew up around her father's carpentry business before spending years restoring vintage furniture and designing film sets for Philadelphia production companies. That hands-on creative work taught her to see beyond surface level—to recognize quality craftsmanship, envision spatial possibilities, and understand how design choices shape the way people experience a space.

Those skills translate directly into her real estate practice. Joleen has a trained eye for architectural details, the ability to help clients see a property's full potential, and an intuitive understanding of how to showcase homes in their best light. After more than a decade in Philadelphia, Joleen knows the city's neighborhoods intimately and is currently deepening her architectural expertise through a certification program at Oxford University. A South Philadelphia resident herself, she combines hands-on creative experience with genuine passion for the city's historic fabric.
