Jon Bloom is a seasoned financier and entrepreneur who divides his time between Boca Raton, Florida and the North Shore of Long Island. With over five decades of experience on Wall Street, he has held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Bankers Trust, and Wasserstein Perella, with expertise spanning risk arbitrage, complex derivatives, and proprietary trading.
Jon currently serves as CEO of IonGarde Inc., an antimicrobial manufacturing company, and as Founding Partner of Broadlawn Capital, a volatility and special situations fund. A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, he offers a rare combination of institutional financial acumen and real-world business insight — giving his clients a distinctive edge in understanding real estate market trends and opportunities.
