Jon Gardea means business. With over 12 years of experience, from Warner Bros. to Fashion Trend LA, Jon understands sales, operations and integrated marketing.

As a team agent at Compass, Santa Monica, Jon brings creativity, communication and resourcefulness to the team. Jon has covered a wide array of cities and neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica, Silver Lake, Venice and West Hollywood, to name a few.

A native Angeleno, Jon understands the history and topography of the Greater Los Angeles area. Jon earned his degree in Communications and Media Studies from California State University Dominguez Hills where he made the Dean’s List and played on the baseball team. Upon graduation, Jon went to work for his mother’s women’s wear business, Fashion Trend LA, where he repositioned the brand, launched its e-commerce site, and opened the flagship store and second location.

A resident of West Los Angeles, Jon enjoys playing tennis, is an avid golfer and is a cycling, surfing and snowboarding enthusiast. He appreciates art, architecture, fashion, music and travel.
