Jon Grossman is a lifelong East Hampton resident whose roots on the East End run as deep as the foundations he's been building for over 35 years.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jon built a successful career as a general contractor specializing in luxury homes across the East End. He has spent decades bringing high-end properties to life, developing an expert eye for design, craftsmanship, land value, and what truly makes a home exceptional in this market.

Now working alongside his son Zach, who spent 10 years building homes with him in the field, Jon brings that same hands-on knowledge and generational perspective to Compass.
