Jon Gutierrez, MBA, is a Florida native and Real Estate Advisor with Compass, serving clients throughout Greater Tampa Bay and South Florida. Jon earned both his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University (FIU). His background in hospitality, business development, and real estate has shaped a relationship-first approach built on exceptional service, strategic guidance, and attention to detail.

Before becoming a full-time real estate advisor, Jon helped secure more than $12 million in charitable support for organizations including Florida International University's Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and Nicklaus Children's Health System. He also spent several years with Compass, supporting top-producing agents and regional leadership across Miami and Tampa Bay, giving him valuable insight into the strategy, marketing, and execution behind successful real estate transactions.
