About Jon
For Jon, real estate is literally in his blood. His father has been in the industry for over 37 years. During college Jon tried something different, working in the sales and marketing industry. After graduating he realized that he wanted to be in the real estate industry helping clients buy and sell real estate. Luckily, he had the perfect mentor, his dad! Jon serves mainly the North County area of San Diego but has experience all over San Diego county.

Jon enjoys getting to know his community. He knocks on doors about two hours a day, he knows it's considered old school, but he enjoys meeting people and is excited to help them with all their real estate needs. Jon also stays in touch with past clients. He reaches out by phone, sends out an informative monthly newsletter and annually throws a client appreciation party.

Jon feels that one of the most important parts of the process is to get the home completely ready so it looks GREAT when it goes on the market. Each time a home goes on the market, he’ll knock on doors in the same neighborhood, drops off flyers and chats with neighbors about the listing. He then hosts a large open house and makes phone calls to spread the word.

To give back to his community, Jon is a member of the very active Rancho Bernardo Rotary Group, serving on the boards which focus on Youth Services: Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and Service Above Self in elementary schools. He's also a member of the Rancho Bernardo Business Association and the Chamber of Commerce. As a survivor of childhood leukemia, Jon also volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
