Jonah Vasquez

Jonah Vasquez is a dedicated real estate advisor, offering a unique perspective shaped by a lifetime immersed in the industry. Raised in a family with over 65 years of real estate experience, Jonah’s passion for the field was cultivated early — from managing residential properties straight out of high school to structuring commercial investment deals by the time he was in college.

Before transitioning into residential real estate, Jonah graduated from Babson College and worked at P.S. Enterprises, a private real estate investment firm managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in commercial and residential properties. He conducted in-depth market research and financial analysis, making him a professional in investment strategy, valuation, and deal structuring — skills that now empower his clients to make smart, informed decisions in a competitive housing market. His pivot to residential sales reflects his mission to provide hands-on, bespoke service to people at all stages of their homeownership journey. 

Jonah is now part of The Savory Team at Compass, one of New York City’s top-producing real estate teams recognized in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide by RealTrends and The Wall Street Journal. With over $500 million in closed transactions, Jonah and the team leverage industry-leading technology and a powerful network to provide clients with a truly elevated real estate experience.

Jonah is also deeply passionate about cycling and raced for world class teams such as Bear National Team, Hottubes Development Cycling Team, and the USA Cycling National Team in Europe. His involvement in the sport at a professional level came to an end during his college years – a difficult, but necessary change to pursue his passion in real estate.
