About Jonathan
Jonathan L. Banks is a Licensed Associate Broker working alongside top producer and industry leader, Josh Wesoky. From the sale of an Upper East Side Cooperative to a West Village Townhouse, Jonathan brings keen market knowledge and experience to the transaction.

Jonathan began his career in 2007 and has worked at the top of the New York City real estate market for more than 15 years. A quiet force behind many of the City’s most notable deals, those who know and work with him appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and discretion. 

His innate creativity, complemented by a passion for and deep understanding of architecture, art, and design, positions him as a valuable asset to clients. His encyclopedic knowledge of New York’s architectural landscape further allows him to guide clients to the right property. 

With extensive experience in construction, renovation, and construction management, Jonathan has a practical and grounded understanding of the real estate process, from initial search to project completion. This knowledge further enhances his ability to assess properties, identify potential, and provide valuable insights to his clients.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, where he studied Business Administration and Fine Art, he is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
