Jonathan was amazing! Upon our first conversation he was very in tune and understanding of what my apartment needs and requirements were. Almost overnight he compiled such an extensive list of units (over 20), hitting the nail on the head with everything we discussed- it was really impressive. Within a few days Jonathan put together a scheduled tour of all the potential options. The schedule was so well planned an optimized, as not to waste time in between apartment tours and not have us zig-zaging all around the city. Looking back on that day, it was such a breeze. We saw more than 10 apartments in just under 2 hrs. The 8th apartment ended up being the perfect one for me, and after expressing this, Jonathan let me know what documents he needed to start my application. He was so on top of everything and within a couple of days after I saw the apartment, I was approved! Working with Jonathan was seamless and stress free. He really understood everything I was looking for, never pushed in one direction or another, never tried to make me work outside of my budget, and gave solid advice when I asked for it. He also negotiated on my behalf and was successful in what we asked. The overall process from when we first spoke to when I was approved was just about 1 week.
