Jonathan Buntin

A Nashville native, Jonathan is a graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy and the University of Tennessee with more than a decade of real estate experience. Over the course of his career, he has successfully guided hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process and has represented millions of dollars in real estate transactions across the Nashville area.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals, Jonathan brings a well-rounded perspective through his personal experience as a real estate investor, property manager, and developer. As the owner of multiple long-term rental properties, he offers clients valuable insight into home value, investment potential, and strategic decision-making for both short- and long-term real estate goals.

Known for his market knowledge, strong relationships, and client-first approach, Jonathan is passionate about helping people confidently navigate one of life’s biggest investments.

Outside of real estate, Jonathan enjoys hiking at Radnor Lake State Park with his wife and two children, grabbing coffee and bagels at Crieve Hall Bagel Co., and coaching his son’s soccer team.
