"We had the pleasure of being referred to Jonathan Chacon by a friend of ours, and we are so grateful for this connection. My husband, our three children, and I are planning on relocating to the North Dallas area in the next year. We are coming from out of state, and this was our very first time exploring the North Dallas area.

Jonathan planned a two-day itinerary, showing us multiple properties and communities of interest. We were so impressed by the properties he introduced us to. He listened to all of our needs and wish list and even included properties we would have never thought to explore, which was super exciting and completely opened our eyes to ideas we didn’t even have in mind. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the options in North Dallas and are so appreciative of him showing us everything this great area has to offer.

Jonathan made us feel like his priority and never once did he make us feel like “a sale.” Jonathan is extremely genuine, kind, and selfless. He offered up his entire weekend to help us really explore the area and made sure we felt we saw as much as we wanted to. He provided us with amazing restaurant and shopping options that didn’t disappoint. His itinerary and planning really helped us get the whole experience out of only two days! We received an extremely well-organized and well-rounded experience from Jonathan. We couldn’t have imagined having a different team help us with this huge move and decision.

"Jon helped us purchase our home during one of the craziest times in history to buy a house. We were not experienced buyers, and Jon made sure to thoroughly explain every step and advocate for us constantly. Not only did he look out for us, but he also taught us what to look for and why. 

During the home search, he sent us regular updates of what was on the market that matched our criteria, took us out on multiple full days of tours, and even entertained our 6-month-old daughter and 2-year-old son so we could check out the second floor of homes without having to carry the strollers up the stairs. After we won our bid, he really went to work.
