Jonathan was fortunate enough to begin his career in real estate at 17 years of age, a senior in high school, circa October 2003. Initially working on marketing, technology, and brokering mortgage transactions. By the time Jonathan was 19, he was managing 55 loan agents and took the annual volume from $100m to $300mm. Jonathan found inefficiencies in the loan process and documented and implemented a system of operation that took loan submission approvals from 1 in 5 banks to 1 in 2 banks, creating a more efficient and enjoyable client experience.
Jonathan entered the commercial world in June of 2006 -- building the division from scratch with Tony Odom. CSR Commercial Real Estate was sold to COMPASS in December of 2019 and now operates as Hanhan Commercial Group x COMPASS.
