When our daughter decided to purchase an apartment in Manhattan, she engaged Jonathan to represent her as her realtor. We live in California and soon learned that purchasing property in New York is a COMPLETELY different animal, and without a competent, professional realtor, we would have found ourselves stranded! Jonathan was far more than that! He lined up several places within our budget for us to visit in a short period of time as we were only there for a couple of days. He did an excellent job narrowing down the vast number of listings to show us ones that met her criteria and budget, and not wasting our time. But to me what sets him apart is the level of care he has provided since we met him. He negotiated a great deal for us, and even went back when we realized the HOA would be increasing to get additional concessions! He responds to every inquiry quickly and helped us make sense of the myriad requirements a COOP endures. Not once did we ever feel like we were bothering him and we honestly could not have completed all the necessary requirements without his assistance & patience. To say it has been overwhelming is an understatement, and there is NO way we would have completed everything on time without Jonathan helping us and guiding us every step of the way. "Our daughter was accepted to PA school, and we had one month to find a place for her to live in Brooklyn on a budget! You can imagine our stress. We tried looking ourselves, and after a week, we realized we desperately needed help. We weren’t sure what neighborhood would be best, what would be fair pricing, and how to avoid bidding wars. " I purchased my first investment property from Jonathan in his New Development Condo in Bed-Stuy. Jonathan is the best and I would totally do another deal with him any day of the week for my next investment which is hopefully coming up in the near future.
He is very honest, professional, and made the whole process so smooth & easy for me. He began young in the early 2000's as a field laborer doing general construction maintenance during the summer months for his father’s development & construction company in Queens where the firm also exclusively oversaw all the sales & leasing of such mixed-use properties in-house.
