About Jonathan
I am a founding partner on the top producing HLH + Partners Team at COMPASS in New York City. As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, I provide real estate navigation and services for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Previously, I managed the team's resale business which consistently ranks in the top one-tenth of 1% of agents nationwide by sales volume (REAL Trendsļ½œThe Thousand List).

I became fully immersed in the City as an undergraduate at New York University. Like an old-world explorer discovering unchartered territory, I would spend my free time roving the streets of Greenwich Village's "Gold Coast;" lined with historic ivy-laced townhomes, I would stare in awe at their splendor and charm. These expeditions fostered my passion for real estate and I am fortunate that I still get to fulfill my urban wanderlust each and every day in my profession. With a business concentration from NYU and professional experience in quantitative market research, I couple my zeal for history with an analytical approach to real estate.

I was born in New York City, grew up in Scarsdale (Westchester County), and currently reside in Manhattan's Greenwich Village with my wife Cara, daughter Stacey, son Peyton and Goldendoodle Buckey. As an avid sports enthusiast, I enjoy football Sundays (after my open houses, that is!) and reminiscing about 1990's Knicks basketball.
