Jonathan became fully immersed in the City as an undergraduate at New York University. Like an old-world explorer discovering unchartered territory, he would spend his free time roving the streets of Greenwich Village's "Gold Coast;" lined with historic ivy-laced townhomes, he would stare in awe at their splendor and charm. These expeditions fostered his passion for real estate and Jonathan feels fortunate that he still gets to fulfill his urban wanderlust each and every day in his profession. With a business concentration from NYU and professional experience in quantitative market research, Jonathan couples his zeal for history with an analytical approach to real estate.
Jonathan was born in NYC, grew up in Scarsdale, and currently resides in Greenwich Village with his wife Cara and Goldendoodle Buckey. As an avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys football Sundays (after his open houses, that is!) and reminiscing about 1990's Knicks basketball.
