About Jonay
As a Native of Raleigh, NC and 2nd generation REALTORĀ®, Jonay has seen the Triangle area grow and evolve tremendously over the years.  After graduating from NC State University with a B.S. in Business Management & Marketing, she moved to Los Angeles to work in the fashion industry.  In 2008, she returned home to NC to launch her Real Estate career.

As Team Leaders of Cobb, Zies & Co, Jonay and Kelly Cobb share over 50 years of residential real estate expertise and the valued perspective of two different generations.  Together, Jonay, Kelly and the entire team at Cobb, Zies & Co are dedicated to finding a personalized solution and strategy for every home buyer and seller. 

Jonay thrives on helping her clients achieve their home buying and selling goals, and aims to make every transaction as seamless and enjoyable as possible. As an interior design enthusiast, she takes immense pride in staging and marketing her clients' listings in order to maximize their returns  Additionally, she can help her buyer clients recognize potential in properties that may need updating.  More than anything, Jonay values the relationships she has built with her clients over her career, and the opportunity to continue helping them at each stage of their lives.  

Jonay has served on the Board of Directors at Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORSĀ® and is a member of both the Luxury Home Marketing Group and the Top Producer Council.  She holds a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and is also a Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  By remaining engaged with her REALTORĀ® Association and networking with colleagues across the country, she stays informed of local and national trends to best serve her clients.
