Joray is there with the clients step by step. Once the strategy is in place, Joray will prepare for the listing to sell, including advising on staging needs, executing targeted market strategies and negotiating offers, working through inspections and escrow, till closing. When working with buyers, she always uses client-centered approach—leveraging her deep market expertise and intuitive understanding of property values. She tours properties with her clients on the weekends to point out pros and cons of all the properties they visit. Originally from China, Joray began her career as an international political and business news reporter for China Central Television before relocating to the U.S. in 2005. Now a proud resident of Los Angeles’ stunning beachside communities in Redondo Beach, she enjoys her life with her husband and two children.
