About Jordan
Jordan Euson began his real estate career in 2012 with CMK Development before joining Compass in 2018. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $250 million in real estate transactions across Chicago. Jordan is a former Chairman of the Chicago Association of Realtors Audit Committee and currently serves on the Finance Committee, continuing his commitment to advancing the profession.
As a Real Estate Broker, Jordan understands the exciting yet emotional nature of buying, selling, or investing in a home. He takes pride in providing his clients with exceptional service, whether they are first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families relocating to Chicago.
In addition to his brokerage work, Jordan brings extensive experience in real estate development sales, having played a key role in marketing and selling many of Chicago’s most notable projects, including 4846 N Clark, Backyard Andersonville, Basecamp River North, The Palmer in Logan Square, 530 W Dickens in Lincoln Park, Witamy Wicker Park, The Cuyler and Belle in North Center, and Staglin in Wicker Park. More recently, he has led the sales efforts for The Seng in Lincoln Park, 921 Noble in Noble Square, and River Ward, three of the city’s largest single-building developments in partnership with the Chicago Housing Trust, which works to provide equitable and stable homeownership opportunities for Chicagoans.
Jordan, his wife Sarah, and their three children—Ella, Kora, and Owen—live in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood, where they enjoy time at the lakefront, the zoo, and cheering on the Cubs at Wrigley Field. He is also actively involved in the community, supporting organizations such as My Block My Hood My City and Adaptive Adventures, which empowers individuals with disabilities through recreational activities.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Real Estate Development from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University.
