My early career was built on a simple but powerful realization: being of service is at the core of everything I do. Whether I was working in the fast-paced environment of a local restaurant or managing large-scale technology deployments for hospitals and health plans, that commitment to delivering genuine value has always been my North Star.

Before joining Compass, I spent 15 years as a project manager and consultant in the healthcare industry, navigating complex technology implementations designed to improve patient outcomes and experience. My tenure in the industry afforded me the opportunity to deploy technology solutions to companies like Philips, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente.

With a BS in Healthcare Administration and an MBA from the Florida State University, I’ve mastered the art of organization, high-level negotiation, and clear communication. For my clients, I translate these skills into a seamless, stress-free experience for buyers and sellers as we navigate the complexities of the inner East Bay market. I approach every client’s needs with the same precision and empathy I used to manage large-scale tech projects, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

I’ve called Oakland home since 2013, and I have a deep-rooted appreciation for the East Bay’s vibrant culture and diverse landscape. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring a new restaurant or recharging on one of the many trails that weave through our neighborhoods.
