My name is Jordan Rye, and I was born and raised in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I skipped college and jumped straight into real estate at 18 years old, determined to build a career doing what I love. After five years of mastering the ins and outs of the industry, I made the move to Florida’s beautiful west coast— a place I’ve always dreamed of calling home.

In business, my two core values are communication and honesty. Without those, you're not truly serving your clients. I believe it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. To me, selling a property isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major step in someone’s life journey. That’s why I’m honored every time I’m trusted with the responsibility.
