"My wife and I selected Jordann Friedman after interviewing 6 potential realtors to sell our home. We received various feelings from these realtors, ranging from immaturity to nonchalance. Then we sat down with Jordann. She was well prepared and she was familiar with the area and property within the East End of Pittsburgh. She provided very reliable sales comparisons and provided a realistic and strong strategy for marketing and selling our property. We decided to take her considerations and advice with hefty weight and it paid off. We received an offer on the first day under her guidance. "Dedication is a word often thrown about, but rarely delivered. Jordann is a breath of fresh air in this regard. She responds to all communications if not immediately, then while she is between meetings. She is never ever late to a meeting, due in part to her freakish knowledge of Pittsburgh's streets. Your concerns become her concerns - If you need to modify your home search, which everyone does, she seamlessly transitions to the new requirements. (This is also a nod to the fact that unlike many agents, Jordann respects the parameters you give her instead of pushing you to a higher price point.) Most agents in any industry are gone the minute the deal closes and they are paid - not Jordann. Before, during and after your home search she puts you on a pedestal.
